Sure, tinyAlbert's AI is a clever machine, but it needs data to create personalized, on-message subject lines and copy. That's where you come in.

Tuning the AI is a phrase that means calibrating the AI to focus on your business activities. It's a four-step process. After you enter this information (or add updates), be sure to click the Generate button at the bottom of the page.

1. Customizing the basic design

Choose your layout. tinyAlbert applies the selected layout to all your email templates (campaigns/automations) and forms. The choices are:

  1. Colourful - Bright and bold, it comes with a centred footer.

  2. Minimalist - A clean layout with a white background.

  3. Professional - Crisp and sharp without the fluff.

You can also change the primary and secondary colours. Click the Change colours link to open a colour palette and then select the colours that best match your brand.

2. Setting the AI tone of voice

This input tells tinyAlbert how your brand should sound to your audience. There are six options: Formal, Assertive, Informative, Friendly, Entertaining, and Uplifting.

3. Choosing the content language

The default language for message content is English. Click the field and choose a different option. Right now, there are seven other choices, including French and German (more in the pipeline).

4. Adding company/product information

Finally, fill in the Tell us about your Company/Product details field. Describe your brand, the products you sell, and the types of customers you service. The more detail you can provide, the better the AI output. Be sure to include things like:

  • The personas you want to reach.

  • The value proposition of your products.

  • Your target market.

  • The ask (e.g. buy the product now, sign up for a webinar, etc.).

Using AI to teach AI

Some customers use ChatGPT to write the company/product description for tinyAlbert's AI. Enter your keywords and ask ChatGPT to write a succinct description that will be used to generate AI emails. Here's an example that's free to use.

That's it.
