When tinyAlbert sends out a campaign blast, does it send to everybody or specific segments?
tinyAlbert does not segment an audience. It sends a campaign message to every email address in your subscriber list.
What is a subscriber list?
It's a list of people who opted in to your email marketing program. They filled in a tinyAlbert form and agreed to receive messages from you.
The tinyAlbert subscriber list is different from your Shopify customer list. The customer list includes your store contacts and people who purchased things at your store. These people didn't opt-in to your email marketing program, so tinyAlbert does not send campaigns to those people.
It's possible that some of your customers are also subscribers. In those cases, they would receive your campaign messages because they opted in to your subscriber list
