If a scheduled tinyAlbert campaign is under review, you can deactivate the campaign.

tinyAlbert campaign monitoring

Once a campaign a scheduled to be sent (right away or at some date in the future), our automated message review system kicks in. The system inspects the campaign to ensure everybody is following our safe emailing practices (we hate spam). We also look for faulty links and other mistakes that could negatively impact deliverability or open rates. The whole process is pretty fast and usually takes less than 15 minutes.

However, users can still deactivate the campaign by clicking the toggle switch.

tinyAlbert campaign tips

  • Ask for support - Contact out customer support team and ask them about the status of your campaign. You might also ask if there is anything you can do to speed up the review process.

  • Be Patient - Our review team gives some campaigns a closer look. There are many reasons, but most of them are related to safety, error checking, and spam. I know waiting can be a pain in the you-know-what, but we take platform integrity pretty seriously around here.

  • Check tinyAlbert policies - Review our Terms & Conditions and Anti-Spam policies to ensure your campaign complies with their golden rules. If there are any issues, address them to expedite the review process.

That's it.

Once we finish the review, your campaign is good to go.
