Great news for brand builders. tinyAlbert's Brand Kit extends your imaging across all campaign messages and automations. With a couple of clicks, you can add a logo and social media links. Optionally, you can adjust your colour scheme on the same page.
Before you start
Locate your favourite logo image (preferably a PNG with a transparent background so that it looks good on any background colour). You'll also need the URL for all the social media links you want tinyAlbert to insert into every message.
Contents
Opening the tinyAlbert Brand Kit page
Log in, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the account icon. Go to the top of the page and click the Brand Kit menu tab.
Adding a logo
Follow these steps to place your favourite logo at the top of every campaign message and automation.
Click the Logo field and upload an image file.
If the image looks good, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page and Continue in the confirmation popup.
Click Delete to remove the image or Replace to use a different logo.
Checking the messages
Open the Campaigns > Future Campaigns page to see the results. In the screenshot below, tinyAlbert automatically regenerated the inactive campaigns and placed the new logo at the top of the template.
Activated campaigns were not changed. In the image below, the activated campaign still has the previous logo.
To place the new logo in an activated campaign, you need to deactivate the campaign and click the Regenerate button. Any customisations or edits that you made will be lost.
Automations
tinyAlbert automatically places the new logo at the top of inactive automations. If you want the logo to appear in activated automations, follow these steps:
Deactivate the automation.
Click Regenerate.
Activate the automation.
Click Preview to verify.
The screenshot below shows the new logo inside a Welcome Series 10% Discount automation.
Inserting social media icons
You can easily and oh so quickly add social media links to every campaign message and automation.
Go to the Brand Kit page. (see above)
Click the Add new link.
Click the Social Link field and select an option.
Paste in the URL for your account. Repeat the steps to add more links. You can add up to six social media links.
Preview a campaign message or automation and check out your nifty social media icons and links.
Adjusting colours
If your branding image requires a specific colour scheme, you can configure those settings on the Brand Kit page. The Primary and Secondary colour buttons you see on the Brand Kit page are the same buttons you see on the AI Tuning page.
If you've already set up your colours just the way you like them, there really isn't any reason to mess around with these buttons unless you want to experiment.
Primary vs secondary - what's the difference?
tinyAlbert uses the Primary colour to set the background colour of campaign messages. This applies to all three layout options.
The secondary colour adds an extra splash, but only to campaign messages with the Colourful layout. You won't see the secondary colour in messages with the Minalimist or Professional layouts.
tinyAlbert also uses your Primary colour selection to style elements (for campaigns and automations), like buy buttons.
That's it.
Now you know how to use tinyAlbert's Brand Kit to add style and continuity to your messages.
