tinyAlbert generates a weekly, AI-crafted campaign message. The process is completely automated. All you do is check the message and activate the campaign before the send date. (Of course, there are plenty of opportunities for customization if you want.)
In this article, I show you how to:
open the Campaigns page
review general statistics
preview messages
refresh the message design and layout
access campaign information
activate a campaign
Opening the Campaigns page
Log in to your store, click the tinyAlbert app on the side panel, and then click Campaigns. A new page displays.
At the top of the Campaigns page, click a menu tab.
Future Campaigns - The default setting, this tab opens a page with all your upcoming campaign messages. That includes activated campaigns you want to send and messages with in-the-future scheduled dates that you haven't looked at yet or decided not to activate. (see below for details)
βPast Campaigns - A collection of messages with expired send dates. These messages cannot be activated again, but they do serve a useful purpose. You can click the Information link and see performance data for each message.
βStatistics - Revenue and conversion data linked are based on your store's activity. These values come from the Dashboard. The email section shows the number of sends as well as unique clicks and opens for all campaign messages.
Tip Click the See reports link to download a CSV file.
Future campaigns
tinyAlbert automatically generates a new campaign message for a once-per-week blast. Depending on the time of year, some message themes are tied to calendar events like Valentine's Day.
The image below shows three campaigns, all in the Activate state. In total, there are five states.
Activate - This campaign is in waiting mode. If you switch on the toggle before the send date, tinyAlbert will publish the campaign at the scheduled time. It's not possible to activate a campaign on or after the send date.
Generating - tinyAlbert is creating or refreshing a campaign message.
Launched - Today is the send date, and the campaign is being sent out right now.
Deactivate - This campaign is ready to go and will be published on the date that appears at the bottom of the tile. You can preview the campaign any time before the launch date.
If you go to the Past Campaigns page, you can see one more state. It is called Completed. This state tells us the campaign was launched in the past, which means it is no longer available. Although completed, the campaign remains visible so users can view the performance data.
The options
Each card campaign has a three-dot icon. Click the icon to display options:
Previewing
Click Preview to see how the message displays (desktop and mobile devices). All campaigns are pre-formatted, so the design, layout, images, and message are fixed. You can also send a test message.
BTW tinyAlbert automatically pulls your store logo and a product image into each campaign message.
tinyAlbert generates the header and message copy based on the company/product information you entered on the AI Tuning page, plus your tone of voice selection. If your store has social media links, tinyAlbert displays those icons in the campaign message just below the message body.
Tip To revise the message in an upcoming campaign, go back to the My account page (click the AI Tuning tab) and tweak or overhaul the company/product information or tone. Click the profile icon at the bottom of the tinyAlbert panel to display the AI Tuning page.
Displaying information
Click Information to open a new window with data that can help you understand campaign performance. The table shows revenue, conversion, and email data for this campaign.
Editing the message
There are plenty of ways to tweak a campaign message or even give it a new radical look. Check out these customization tools:
Open the editor and change everything to anything.
Change the logo.
Add Emojis to subject lines.
Change message colour themes.
Regenerating a message
Click Regenerate to quickly give your message a fresh design and layout.
Activation toggle
The default setting for each campaign is off. Switch on the toggle to enable the campaign. To activate a campaign, switch on the Activate toggle before the send date. It is not possible to activate a campaign on or after this date.
