We all know a killer subject line (along with value-rich preview text) is key to open rates and conversions. That's why I'm positively delighted to tell you about tinyAlbert's customization tool. Grab reader attention by adding emojis to a campaign subject line.

Here's how.

Opening the editor

The first step is to open the campaign editing tool. Log in to your Shopify store and go to the tinyAlbert dashboard. Click the Account icon at the bottom of the page. The My account page displays.

  1. Make sure the AI Tuning tab is selected.

  2. Go to the Setup your Tone of voice field and select one of the eligible options. (see below)

  3. Click the Generate button.

Selecting a tone

Choose one of these tones to enable emojis in the campaign subject line: Friendly, Entertaining, or Uplifting. If you select one of the other tones (e.g. Formal, Assertive, or Informative), it's not possible to place an emoji in the campaign subject line.

Editing a subject line

Next, open the editor and customize a campaign message subject line.

  1. Select an active campaign message and then click the three-dot icon.

  2. Click Edit in the drop-down menu.

Click the pencil icon to open the subject line editor.

tinyAlbert save the email subject line

Paste in your favorite emojis and click the checkmark to save. Be sure to click the Save button to keep the template changes.

Back on the Campaigns page, check out the new subject line in the campaign message card.

If you edit a campaign message and click the Regenerate button, your subject line changes are lost.

That's it.

Now you know how to add emojis to a campaign message subject line.
