I'm a new customer. Can you please explain how campaign emails are sent?
Of course.
tinyAlbert sends campaign messages on a fixed schedule. You can see the schedule (date and time) at the bottom of the campaign card. By default, we send your activated campaigns once per week, every Tuesday.

Important We only send activated campaigns. If a campaign is in Deactivate mode, it won't be sent. So, make sure you switch on the toggle. When the toggle is purple, the campaign is ready to go.
