Here's another AI-powered time-saver for busy marketers. The tinyAlbert calendar comes pre-loaded with pre-built campaign templates. They're all wonderfully designed to align with seasonal or holiday themes.
Each pre-loaded campaign is ready to go but disabled by default. Just open and activate. If you want, customize the settings or edit the content—that's optional. Creating a publishing schedule has never been easier or faster.
Opening the calendar
To explore the pre-loaded campaign options:
Click Calendar on the side menu.
Click the Calendar radio button.
Select a month.
Locate a date with a pre-loaded campaign and click the three dot-icon.
Select Preview or Settings.
Previewing a campaign
In preview mode, you can see how the campaign will look on desktops and mobile devices. Optionally, you can:
Click the More button and select an option on the menu (i.e. send a test, edit the campaign, or modify settings).
Click Regenerate to refresh the message design.
Click Activate and then forget about it. tinyAlbert sends the campaign on the scheduled date.
Configuring the Settings options
Open this panel to configure important campaign settings like the send date, products, and more.
Set the message language. The default is English.
Profile one or more Shopify collections in the message.
Set the start date and time. The pre-loaded campaign comes with a suggested date. You can change that.
Select an audience for the campaign. The default is All.
Select subscribers (only those who opted into your audience) or everyone on your list.
Add a discount code to the campaign.
When it all looks good, click Save and Continue. tinyAlbert displays the message in Preview mode. Click Activate and then forget about it.
If you change the date of a pre-built campaign, tinyAlbert moves the campaign icon to that calendar date. The original campaign on the pre-loaded date is no longer available.
Viewing activated campaigns
Activated campaigns on the calendar have a green bar and checkmark. To edit an Activated campaign, click the checkmark and select Settings.
You can also view campaigns in List mode. Click the List radio button and use the calendars to select a time period or use a default option.
tinyAlbert displays a list of campaigns in a table format. Click a three-dot icon to preview or edit a campaign.
Working with timers
Some pre-built campaigns have a countdown time. Zero hour is a fixed date in the future (e.g. Easter or Christmas). If you change the send date of that pre-loaded campaign, the message auto-adjusts the time left on the timer.
That's it.
Now you know how to find and schedule pre-loaded campaigns on the tinyAlbert calendar.
