Two possible reasons

I subscribed to my online store, but no Welcome email was sent. What happened?

This happens sometimes. There are two possible solutions.

First, make sure the automation is activated. Look at the automation card and toggle. If they are grey, the automation is deactivated.

If the card is white and the toggle is purple, the automation is activated and ready to send.

Second, if you submit an email to test the automations, be sure to sign up as a subscriber and not as a store customer. tinyAlbert sends campaign messages and automations to people who use the tinyAlbert form to join your list of subscribers and opt-in to receive your communication. If you joined the Shopify store list, you won't get the tinyAlbert messages because you didn't optin to the right list.
